Dog Silencer helps you gain some peace at nights

dog-silencerDogs are great pets – this I definitely do not deny at all, and your dog is more often than not the best behaved in the whole world, never mind if the neighbors think otherwise. Having said that, late into the night or into the wee hours of the morning, there are times when the other dogs around your home start to howl and bark away, and you desperately need your beauty sleep, no two ways about it. Nobody seems to be doing anything about it, and in an effort to preserve good neighborly relations with one another, you simply cannot take out your gun and silent your neighbor’s dog forever. Fret not, there is the $99.95 Dog Silencer that might just get the job done peacefully.

After all, you are no Cesar Millan, so enlisting some technological help would definitely come in handy. In fact, the Dog Silencer claims to be able to stop barking up to 300 feet away, and is touted to be the newest and most powerful indoor/outdoor bark control device on the market. Fret not, it will not make use of nasty chemicals to get the job done, but rather, will rely on harmless ultrasonic frequencies that are deemed to be a safe and humane manner to train your dog – as well as that of your neighbor’s, so that everyone else in the vicinity will be able to get a good night’s rest. Good thing we cannot hear these high-pitched sound waves. Capable of kicking in upon hearing barking up to 75 feet away, the Dog Silencer will run on half a dozen AA batteries or can be hooked up straight to an AC adapter. Looks like a better option that the regular Stop Barking Collar.

What are some of the other ways that you have tried to get your dog to stop barking? I suppose the right training would have done the trick, otherwise when intruders drop by, your dog might have been conditioned to remain silent, much to the glee of the intruders.

I wonder if its the same frequencies apps on smart phones and I’ve seen on Windows 8 use? If so why pay for this when you can just use an app.
